In 1981, during the wave of modern design in Italy, female designer Alessandra Mastria founded the Sedasey board brand in Milan. At that time, the home furnishing industry was undergoing a transformation from traditional luxury to functional aesthetics, but environmental protection concepts and material innovation were still empty. Alessandra, who comes from a Tuscan family of craftsmen, has been immersed in Renaissance architecture and natural aesthetics since childhood.
